ABS - Development Centres
In association with our colleagues at Results Consulting, the Brindabella team designed and delivered a 1-day development centre as the first element in a managmenet development program. This innovative approach was well-received by the participants.

Hassall and Associates - Remuneration Systems
Brindabella Consulting has a long association with Hassall, particularly in designing and managing the remuneration and incentive programs. This year we are reviewing the Performance and Development System as well, using a sophisticated on-line survey technique.

Australian Federal Police - Capability Framework Communication
The AFP has engaged Brindabella to assist them in making their current leadership capability framework more useful and accessible for managers. The initial focus will be to link the capabilities to the recruitment and promotion process and enhance the technical requirements of each role.
